We booked this tour for midday on a Monday so the markets were quiet. Nonetheless our great guide was flexible and showed us food and historical locations. We were never short of food samples and he was completely flexible. A local market experience included the fishmonger providing a tray of octopus and raw tuna sprinkled with oil and salt. We ate this with white wine whilst the sausages were cooking at another stall. The roast suckling lamb was divine. A fantastic experience and worth every penny.
